Retail operations assistant manager supervise and manage the store operations such as sales
operations, store project, reporting sales data etc.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis • Prepare periodic sales and operations reports for management review, including sales data
and KPI metrics. • Report on sales strategy plans from stores on a monthly basis. • Analyze competitors¡¯ sales and track their projects and trends.
Compliance & Procedures • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. • Manage and update the Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
Operations Management • Oversee the store operation calendar and develop action plans (e.g., closing dates,
promotion periods). • Manage overall store operations.
Project Support • Assist the Retail Director and Managing Director with store projects, including opening plans,
roadmaps, and negotiations with partners, landlords, and contractors. • Plan and ute in-store events (pre- and post-event).
Customer Service • Collect and manage customer complaints, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
Additional Duties • Support tasks related to store planning. • Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects as needed. |
