영업담당 (Sales Representative) (2-7년)

JOB INFORMATION

담당업무 Work: - 사업 개발: 시장 조사 및 경쟁사 분석을 통해 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 발굴하고 추구합니다.
- 영업 및 계약 관리: 정부 입찰 과정을 관리하고, 성공적인 제안서를 작성 및 제출하여 계약을 확보합니다.
- 파트너십 관리: 시장 확장을 위해 전략적 파트너십을 구축하고 유지하며, 비즈니스 운영을 최적화합니다.
- 프로젝트 관리: 프로젝트 목표 달성과 기한 준수를 위해 프로젝트를 계획, 실행 및 모니터링합니다.
- 고객 관계 관리: 강력한 고객 관계를 구축하고, 고객 불만을 관리하며, 고객 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 전략을 실행합니다.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Sales and Contract Management: Manage the government bidding process and secure contracts by developing and submitting winning proposals.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market reach and optimize business operations.
- Project Management: Plan ute and monitor projects to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationship, manage customer complaints and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required

경력 Career: 학력: 경영학, 마케팅 또는 기술 영업과 밀접한 관련이 있는 분야에서 학사 학위 소지자.
영업 실적: 관련 분야에서 입증된 영업 실적 보유.
기술 숙련도: Office 365, Dynamic 365 사용 능숙.
우대사항: 군사 장비에 대한 지식 및 정부 판매 또는 입찰 과정 경험자 우대.
우수한 협상 및 의사소통 능력: 기술 정보를 기술적 배경이 있는 사람과 그렇지 않은 사람 모두에게 전달할 수 있는 강력한 서면, 구두 및 대인 의사소통 능력.
프로젝트 요구에 따라 국내외 출장에 결격사유가 없으신 분
영어 능통

- Educational Background: BS in Business management, Marketing or a closely related field of technical sales.
- Proven sales track record in your experience field.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Dynamic 365.
- Knowledge of military equipment and Government sales or bidding processes experiences are plus.
- Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities, with an emphasis on conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required by project needs.
- Fluent in English
