Job purpose:
o Lead, manage and develop the Korea Procurement function.
o Ensure security of supply of key materials and services
o Ensure compliance with the standard processes, procedures, governance and internal controls
o To deliver competitive advantage to Korea from Group and Local deals.
o Develop and implement a purchasing action plan for local category with the aim of realizing a sustainable competitive advantage
o To generate significant (quantitative and qualitative) benefits to the business by extending procurement support to all Indirect
procurement categories i.e. Marketing, Business Services, Logistics related spend with suppliers/agencies
o To ensure compliance with the standard processes, procedures, governance and internal controls.
Major Responsibilities of the Position:o Define the annual operating plan for the department based on the Opportunity Assessment process.o Giving input for a purchasing strategy or a purchasing action plan for a defined category
o Regulation of processes, procedures and systems necessary to be able to implement contracts within the relevant focus
area
o Proactively approaching, convincing and advising both internal stakeholders and suppliers, using their own knowledge of
the products and/or services
o Be responsible to source to contract which link to opportunity assessment, Sourcing and Contract Management;
Initial and lead any potential saving project, negotiate and perform the price comparison to get the cost saving.
o Be responsible for Procure to Pay module process : Ensure correct assignment of cost & CMG code in PR before creating PO
o Independently manage Local improvement projects and provide support to Global improvement projects
Global Contracts
: Ensure proper ution of all centrally negotiated contracts
: Ensure provision of all information to Category teams in a timely manner
Local Contracts
: Develop Sourcing strategies for local spend
: Ensure the availability of all specific contract requirements and conditions for the Company prior to tendering,
negotiation, supplier selection and contracting
o Stakeholders Management
: Manage the overview of all Supplier Relationships, carry out the supplier performance review with key supplier and
business user.
: Develop and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders within both global, regional procurement team and the- 근무지 Location

총 경력 7년이상-12년정도유관 경험인 구매업무 최소 5년이상외투법인 경력자 필수외국인 HQ와 업무 가능한 영어 필수SAP 필수외국계 리테일,FMCG 업종 경력자Required Skills / Competencies:
o Analytical skills o Team player o Ability to lead and collaborateo Result Driven o Innovative o Customer Focuso SAP system (MM) module, Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Pointo Planning against KPI o Supplier relationship management
Required Experience:
o +5 years experiences in Purchasing / Procurement preferably in Marketing or Indirect category from a beverages or
consumer products company
o Knowledge of supply market for Korea for the indirect categories in scope.
o Experiences in working in multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-lingual organizations
o Strong relationship management background coupled with pro-active continuous improvement and problem solving abilities
o fluent in English
