I. Marketing Administration
Coordinate and ute marketing projects/activities (e.g. vouchers giveaways, membership kits, free lenses giveaways, data analysis and interpretation, etc.)

Marketing materials management (POSM, promotion materials, survey forms, FA CD, redemption forms, etc)

Marketing reports preparation: Bulletin, management report, A&P expenditure tracking, etc.

Filing of Trademark documents
II. Market Visit
Conduct regular trade visit:

Display and merchandising management
-
Ensure maximum distribution, strong awareness and visibility of all promo POSM display for all promotion campaigns

Supervision of the maintenance and storage of all on-ground display materials
III. Market Intelligence (Collection of Information)
-
Management of market and competitors¡¯ information – new product launch, new campaigns, promotion, etc
-
Management of marketing activities response, feedback and outcome (post-campaign analysis)
IV. New Product Development
-
Plan, coordinate, ute and monitor new product launch related surveys (quantitative and qualitative)
-
Engage in new product development process (initiation to launch)
V. Coordinate, Execute/Implement & Monitor Korea Marketing Campaigns/Activities
VI. Plan, Manage, Monitor & Report on Exhibition, Roadshows & Blitz, Seminar, Product Launch, Ground Event, etc.

Management/organization/supervision of the above events

Ensure targeted sales results are achieved for event with given sales objectives
Maintain good rapport with customers¡¯ on-ground/operation staffs

VIII. Coordinate, Execute/Implement & Monitor Regional Markets Marketing Campaigns/Activities

Assist in the overall management of marketing campaigns/activities for Regional markets
-
Provide relevant A&P administrative support to regional markets
