[Job Description]
- Business development and pre-sales activities on G&D¡¯s SubMan solution to all key verticals, including mobile device manufacturers, semiconductor providers, mobile network providers, and service providers such as financial institutions, in Asia
- Consultative selling and marketing, in alignment with regional sales teams, of SubMan solutions to customers in the region, and creation of customer specific value propositions
- Planning, preparation and ution of customer meetings with all key verticals in the region
- Key responsibility to drive customer negotiations towards successful closure of commercial agreements
- Management of virtual teams on project basis
- Analysis of market requirements, competitive activities for embedded mobile security solutions, and to provide recommendations and input on SubMan product roadmap
- Support preparation of SubMan marketing materials
Experience Requirement:
- Technical or Business Administration studies successfully finished
- 10+ years of work experience, with a strong focus on marketing, consultative sales, and/or business development roles with complex end-to-end mobile device solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile networking and mobile SIM and device platforms as well as SIM technology
- Experienced to manage multiple and complex (multiparty) customer sales processes with ability to focus on the key issues and with the creativity e.g. to develop new business models
- Strong experience and proven track record of leadership skills and management of teams
- Very good networker, able to develop relationships at senior level
- Strong competencies in business analysis & modelling, business negotiations and presentation skills
- Self driven and highly results focused, with a positive ¡°can do mentality¡±
- Fluent in English
