- Develop Global e-Commerce strategy and action
- Create global eCommerce business plans that result in the establishment of a
long term interactive and the consumer
- Develop a plan and Lead global eCommerce launching project
- Develop CRM strategy and ensure the development and implementation of
best-practice CRM concepts
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, quotas, and other projections as required.
Analyze sales records and trends in relation to objectives and competitive
activities.
- Manages the implementation of Brand initiatives, programs, and procedures to
promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Identifies, plans, and utes areas for improvement to ensure consumers
understand and receive the full Brand experience online.
- Develop ecommerce business/department processes and practices to ensure that
programs are aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional departments (global business team,
merchandising, IT, Finance, SCM, Legal) to ensure their department initiatives
are aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan and work against the annual functional budget.
