B. Managing DF product supply
¡®- Monthly DF order quantities based on the
sales forecast through monthly DF PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory)
meeting
- Shipment schedule coordination with Korea logistics team
- Check shipment detail for the ordered
items & make decision for cancel, delay & etc.
- Firm order tracking
- Initial order for the new launching
product based on internal meeting
- Check the stock availability from local
stock for urgent request
- Product returns documenting support (B/L ,
packing list, HS code, description, MG code check. STO
issue)
- Managing KLP (Korean Leather Product)
suppliers regarding DFS delivery, return shipment
- Billing check after Good Issue to DF
channels and monthly closing
C. Other DF sales & marketing support
¡®- Price adjustment for DF channels (new
product & regular / irregular price adjustment)
- Support relevant marketing
activities
- Product training for field and internal
staffs (Regular / irregular)
D. Communication &
report
¡®- Support all sorts of internal and
external report request regarding DF business
- Inform all information of Promotions,
Discount sales, Discontinue updates after monthly PSI meeting to DF
agent
