1. People management (approx. >30 people including consignment inventory specialist and delivery people)
2. Client relationship management for all aspect of customer services, service level and KPI
3. Performance management on both client KPI and company KPI including Inventory Accuracy, Near Expiry & Expiry control, Physical Stock Count and JIT Replenishment, Unbilled management, Operation efficiency
4. Service expansion in the existing client by co-work with BD to contribute P&L and customer satisfaction
5. To support new client business recruitment and to initate new project launch.
6. To travel local branch offices (Daejeon & Busan) to support his staffs work better and to manage client relationships 7. To visit hospital regulary with his staffs and to meet key opinion leaders to make customer satisfaction |
