Manage key communication messages reflecting local consumer insight on products and initiate all launch and relaunch related work in product and brand aspect - In change of Cosmetic & Personal Care brands - Develop new product launch plans and communications based on the product information from Asia Pacific region and local mass consumer insight - Communicate and align the brand related work including new product launch with Asia Pacific together with brand holder - Set up campaign strategy & objectives for successful campaign launch by working closely with relevant teams - Analyze sales and provide a report with the knowledge for local mass consumers and mass channel - Initiate a project which is related with in-store activities - Provide consumer communications for in-store activities, mainly promotions - Make promotion plan keenly working with sales team

BA / BS degree or equivalent required

- More than 3 years of Product Management or related experience (3~8Years) - Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing - Understanding for consumers and environment of mass market - Passionate about beauty and fashion and eager to find new trend and develop concepts. - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments - Highly organized and calendar driven with the ability to handle many important tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
