Role description: |
A manager who can lead the NEW skincare brand launch preparation and set up integrated brand strategies (marketing + channel) expected to be released in 2023. |
Should be capable of articulate longterm strategy and midterm action plans of modern skincare brand based of in-depth understanding of Consumer, Digital marketing and local channel insights. |

1. Set up brand strategy |
- Define market opportunity of the brand and USP by products |
- Define channel & marketing strategy |
- Build a launch schedule & forecast product demands |
2. Drive ution of brand |
- Develop Go-to-Market package (winning strategy, tactics and promotions by channel) |
- Develop 360 demand creation plan, own marketing activation calendar |
- Product management (gate keeper of product update, demand forecast) |
- Collaborate closely with RA, Sales and HQ |
- Overall trade marketing, including sales management and sales analysis |
Skills and Experience Required
1. Bachelor¡¯s degree in business administration, or else.
2. Proven experience working as a project manager or product manager
3. Demonstrable knowledge in digital marketing & eCommerce
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
1. Self-motivating and strategic marketer who has experience of establishing new brands
2. All-round player who has actually performed various tasks of brand management in Skincare industry
