What is the job about?
The primary responsibility of Payroll Specialist is to be a close partner to business and local representative of Asia payroll and benefit organization. In this role, the Payroll specialist supports payroll and compliance process and procedure. The Payroll specialist is also the main contact point for associate inquiries, reporting, as well as third party communication
Key Accountabilities Overall, your tasks will cover: - Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on time for Korea and Singapore
- Calculating overtime, shift payments, and employee bonus and prepare payments for social benefits, individual tax, including tax/insurance settlement;
- Be responsible for payroll reporting
- Resolve payroll related enquiries from employees and managers
- Prepare and support annual merit increase/ annual bonus payout process
- Participant in the regional payroll process review and system consolidation projects
- Work closely with payroll operation center to ensure the payroll data quality
- Continuously improve the payroll operation process
- Other projects and tasks assigned by manager

Skills and Experience Required

BA / BS degree or equivalent required
- °æ·Â Career

- Bachelor¡¯s degree or any related field and with significant knowledge in payroll process.
- Ideally, 3 years and above experience in HR, 2+ years in Payroll function for Korea or Singapore with 300+ employees.
- Be familiar with local labor law and tax policy
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactor
- English should be working language
- Familiar with Office software, especially in Excel and PPT Skills
