1. Purpose of the Position

Technical service & application support engineer in the field for Joining system, Advance manufacturing, Plastic in Korea

2. Main Tasks 

Servo press (Joining system)

-       Support Installation serve press

-       Check Communication and data export MES system.

-       Define sequence motion and evaluation

Advance manufacturing

-       Check Communication and data export MES system.

-       Support preloading of force sensor and amplifier setup

-       Customer support of Cutting force and torque sensor

-       Define evaluation

Plastic

-       Support sensor installation and testing

-       Support preloading and amplifier setup

-       Install plastic amplifier and data management device

Common

-       Commissioning

-       Check electrical wiring

-       Function check and repair of sensor and equipment’s

-       Assemble cable and soldering

-       Trouble shooting

-       Customer training

3. Requirements

-       Knowledge: Mechanical, Electronics and software

-       Technical understanding of customer applications and propose solution to customers

-       Working Experience in industrial application, preferably in factory automation.

-       Knowledge for manufacturing equipment

-       Communication English skill

·     경력: 3년~7년 (대리~과장)

·     운전가능

·     업무상 기본적인 영어 활용 가능 자

·     해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자

·     제어, 계측 쪽 서비스 경력자

·     자동차 업계 양산라인 및 전기전자 설비 경력자

·     센서류 관련 영업 경력자 (로드셀, 압력, 토크 등)
