  • Claim control
    • Claim assessment and analysis
    • Warranty guidelines management and development
    • Prior approval
  • Dealer development
    • Warranty audit
    • Dealer training
    • Claim coaching to dealership
    • Other dealer support
    • Managing warranty KPI
  • Government affairs
    • Managing internal recall process
    • Reporting to MOLIT and MOE
      • MOLIT: Recall, regular recall completion, technical data, technical analysis material and warranty repair history
      • MOE: Regular ERC replacement status(quarterly & yearly)
  • Others
    • Developing and managing extended warranty program
    • Developing and managing service maintenance program

 

       - Ensure to be fully aware of warranty process and its policy in order to better optimize dealer productivity.

       - Ensure that which issue is claimed by warranty and analyze whether they are proper to be claimed
