1. AS Business Management
- Perform analysis on AS profitability to
have a strong potential growth within the market

Maximize profit by setting up the strategic business process
- Develop parts sales strategy to increase profitability and customer¡¯s
retention
- Conduct P&L analysis to find opportunity to enhance profitability of AS business
in each service center
2. AS Planning and Budgeting
- Plan a yearly after-sales budget and set targets
for service centers
- Monitor market environment and apply tactical strategies to ensure business
sustainability
3. KPI Management
- Internal KPI: Set KPI target by period
(Revenue, Margin, and Operational KPIs)
- External KPI: Analyze MBK KPI evaluation schemes and strategy development
(Business Score Card, Dealer Score Card,
Parts Purchase, Downstream, etc.)
4. After-Market Business
Development

Analyze after-market business to retain company¡¯s market position
- Develop competitive after-market products to have sustained growth
with further business opportunities
5. Network Management
- Evaluate overall network capacity with profitability
analysis
- Conduct long-term capacity planning by reflecting market environment and
company¡¯s strategy
