Digital Marketing
¡¤
Develop and implement all
digital ad campaigns, including, Naver/Google SEM, Kakao Plus Friend, Display
Ad, Social AD to acquire and convert leads.
¡¤
Manage agency and ensure they
deliver the paid media campaigns and projects collaborating with marketing manager
¡¤
Support other traditional brand
marketing activities such as PR, promotion and social media
¡¤
Investigate the performance of a
company¡¯s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance
metrics.
¡¤
Create innovative marketing
campaigns/contents depending on robust data and present the recommendations to
management.
¡¤
Work closely with creators,
communities, and digital platforms for content and platform partnership to
expand community and deepen engagement
¡¤
Coordinate with cross functional
teams (marketing, retail, merchandising and training) to ensure alignment of
content with company vision and support integrated campaigns
¡¤
Surface and analyze metrics
around brand and industry content to deliver insights around content and
community performance
¡¤
Stay up to date on emerging
trends, topics, conversations and the pulse of the community

Conduct in-depth content
engagement and performance analysis

Lead seamless Omnichannel site
experience with Extended Assortment display
¡¤ Support in planning strategic Homepage display rotations

Oversee all product-related
English to Korean translations
¡¤
Maintain meticulous site QA
¡¤
Monitor competitors
¡¤ Maintain and manage site price checks and changes
¡¤ Execute ad hoc tasks and projects
Skills and Experience Required
¡¤
BA degree
¡¤
2-6 years of digital content,
merchandising or/and marketing experience
¡¤
Excellent level of spoken and
written English and Korean
¡¤
Proven analytical skills
¡¤
Proficient use of site content
and analytic tools (Hybris, Content Sq, GA, Algolia)
¡¤
Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills with various stakeholders
¡¤
Ability to prioritize and
multi-task under pressure with attention to details
¡¤
Proactive and positive attitude
¡¤ Digital content experience for a collection-driven luxury business is a plus

Job Mission
The role is responsible for managing digital product content and site innovation for damiani.com to provide an engaging digital experience to clients. Also develop the digital content strategies focusing on maintaining a consistent Brand representation in order to drive sales conversion and engagement. Find the best balance between local/ HQ content and Merchandising matrices.
