- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job
analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation
with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan
that addresses needs and expectations
- Review existing training materials, modify and create course
materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs, liaising
with Regional and Global HQ
- Deploy a wide variety of training and coaching methods
- Monitor
training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date,
making updates as necessary
- Conduct
induction and orientation sessions
- Conduct
ad-hoc high jewelry training, offering the needed support to Boutique Manager
and Sales associates in planning and developing high-jewelry sales sessions
- Monitor
and evaluate training program¡¯s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and
report on them
- Manage training
budget

- Passionate about fine jewelry and high jewelry
- Gemological education is regarded as a strong plus

Reporting
to the Retail Manager, the Training Manager will be responsible to identify
