JOB INFORMATION
1) Marketing planning & ution
- Develop strategies and tactics to optimize sales potential and maximize return on investment
- Equip a long term perspective in addressing customers¡¯ needs and apply the long term perspective in developing brand strategies
- Take an ownership of measuring and managing specific brand performance with SMART KPIs
- Perform developmental project based on analysis of primary and secondary data
- Mobilize and lead effective interactions with key functions and Partner Company for delivery brand¡¯s strategy
- Regular communication with Partner Company to share long-term and short-term business plan
2) Key customer management
- Identify and cultivate speakers and MTLs group and keen relationship
- Provide physicians with updated highly scientific information on product & disease
- Shape physicians¡¯ view on Oncology market, find unmet customer needs, and establish need for product
3) Scientific program support
-Develop key speakers to become strong advocates for the product & therapeutic class
-Lead scientific initiative to communicate with customers as a reliable partner
-Search & provide updated articles on the product and develop key messages
-Deliver MR product training
Skills and Experience Required
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS
l +5 sales & marketing experience (Rare disease & Oncology business experience preferred), min. 3 years of marketing
l Product launch experience preferred
l High level of communication skills
l Result orientation (ability to deliver on time and within budget)
l Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs)
l Pro-activity and willingness to initiative
l Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with external stakeholders
l Collaboration and teamwork
l Ability to communicate with Partner company in English
