the position is accountable for supporting overall retail operations.

Support
Retail Manager and General Manager in the development of the Customer data
analysis and Utilization, Managing Store Event, Handling Customer service and After
Service.
¡¤
Provide
weekly & Monthly CRM data capture rate with store and all functions.
¡¤
Plan
& Execute the pre-and post- in store event.
¡¤
Reporting
Customer traffic & Market trends update and analysis on competitor¡¯s
project specially in-store event.
¡¤
Collecting
and Reporting sales strategy plan from stores on a monthly basis.
¡¤
Managing
in boutique¡¯s event and communicate with boutique staff and coordinate
subsequent necessary support.
¡¤
Plan
& Execute CRM programs with promotions. (i.e., Department store promotion)
¡¤
Journeys
to enhance customer experience.
¡¤ Brand Image Management: Monitor & Follow up for counterfeit and/or trademark related issues and/or reports.
¡¤ Customer Service Management: Monitor & Follow-up customers' claims and effectively communicate with relevant parties (Customer insurance, Product, CCC, Dept. stores etc.).
¡¤ After Service Management: Managing After Service progress and handling.
¡¤
Ad
hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
