JOB INFORMATION
• Responsible for setting up training system in supporting the development of Korea retail stores
• Work with external vendors on different programs and ensure smooth ution of these programs
• Follow up classroom training on the field, evaluate training effectiveness and provide suggestion
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Merchandising, Retail Operations and Human Resources to identify training needs and develop suitable training program and contents
• Implements Brand Service Standard to Korea market, ensuring it is aligned with regional requirement
• Designs, localizes and prepares all training materials and tools for retail channels
• Evaluate effectiveness of the training and enhance the program
• Regular travel to Korea retail stores and provide staff performance review
• Monitor training budget for Korea retail stores
• Work closely with Assistant Training Manager, Asia to decide training programs for the regionSkills and Experience Required
• 1-2 years¡¯ relevant experience in luxury retail industry
• In depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience and selling skills are required
• Experience working in multinational corporations is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
