JOB INFORMATION
• Supervise the Merchandising, Marketing & PR and Retail Operations teams to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify market trends and factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions
• Possess strong analytical skills and ute performance management for the retail stores
• Achieve assigned goals and objectives including gross margin, sales and total inventory turn for the assigned merchandise category
• Select and purchase merchandise inclusive of timing, delivery, sizing and mix with a view to maximizing and driving the business
• Perform competitive research and analysis to illustrate both strengths and weaknesses of products in own market(s)
• Lead brand Marketing campaign with alignment with regional marketing & PR team
• Ensure stores environment are consistently compelling through brand presentation.
• Invest in team and self to ensure a true passion and respect for the brand is constant
• Maintain operational standards, and ensuring company policies and practices are followed in the stores
• Regularly visit all stores to assess company and competitor performance as well as market development especially men¡¯s business
• Inventory review in each store on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient stock is available to support the sales while inventory compliance is adhered to the standard of operations
• Work closely with Finance Department, Human Resource Dept and regional departments
Skills and Experience Required
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken, additional Asian Languages would be an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years¡¯ working experience with at least 4 years¡¯ experience in international luxury retail sector and similar role
• Preferably with SAP knowledge
• Advanced level Microsoft Office (Especially Power Point, Excel, Word)
