JOB INFORMATION
HR
− Ensure onboarding & offboarding of employees
− Handle employee identity insurance subscription, renewal, cancellation process in line with personnel change
− Update and maintain organization charts in line with personnel change
− Follow-up of mandatory training, medical check-up
− Support recruiting needs of the Korean subsidiary, by liaising with the General Manager, the Head Office HR department and head-hunters/job advertising agencies
− Hiring related documentation filing such as employment agreement, CV, salary proposal, and approval
− Assign and monitor the annual leave balance and maintain supporting document for special leaves
− Follow-up of employee welfare benefit and referral program
− Consolidate and verify monthly payroll data (overtime, part timer attendance and salary, employee discount etc.) and other income tax data and ensure it is delivered to payroll agency within specific deadline
− Ensure legal compliance on company¡¯s HR policies and procedures
− Resolve labor issue with the advice of labor attorney and follow-up of ad-hoc surveys requested by local authorities
− Communication with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
− Handle ad-hoc HR projects as required
− Maintain communication with the Head Office HR department, providing regular reports and updates
Administration
− Audit expenses submitted by employees according to company T&E policy
− Develop and maintain effective office system (i.e., office maintenance, fixed asset, supplier
contact, IT support) and ensure these are in consistent with our company¡¯s operating requirement
− Provide Office management support
− Focal point for the office building and service suppliers (cleaning, maintenance etc.)
− Handle ad-hoc Administration project as assigned
− Engage general administration support to the whole team including documentation management, company event organization, office equipment/pantry stock purchase
− Assist in treasury and cash flow management
