- Develop retail account plan to achieve revenue, KPI, profitability, inventory and brand equity targets. - Gathers and analyses data on consumers, retailers and competitors and provide inputs to monthly sales forecast and to other relevant functions for their respective planning. - Manage sell-through and inventory data to increase brand equity. - Negotiate with key retailers to secure prime location in department stores. - Take a responsibility in implementing Insight program with ARS system. - Prepares store/shop product assortment and VM plan reflecting consumer profile in order to maximize sell-through and minimize inventory investment. - Tracks product performance at retail and initiates action planning to capture additional sales opportunity for fast moving products and minimize inventory through timely clearance of slow-moving products. - Track competitor¡¯s performance and find new opportunities in competing market. - Train in-store sales promoters about inventory managing skill, product knowledge, VM display, customer service and selling skills and data integrity/accuracy. - Locate and negotiates prominent store location. - Maintain mutually beneficial and profitable relationship with retail partners. - Explore new opportunity to penetrate and monitor new store performance. - Execute retail marketing and promotion according to brand guideline and monitor it. |
