JOB INFORMATION
• Plan and ute the pre-and post- in store event
• Working in line with annual marketing plans and briefs to meet strategic growth objectives and new product development
• Regular update on market trends and competitor¡¯s event
• Order & distribute marketing materials
• Develop CRM strategy which helps nurture relationship with existing customer and building new customer database
• Produce and develop printed collateral including but not limited to brochures, branded material including customer invitations, sale cards, holiday cards
• Assist in initiating digital marketing strategies covering all disciplines including social media, website, e-DM etc., ensuring digital objectives are met and integrated with overall marketing strategy
• Prepare regular review, analysis and plan for management review, and propose creative ideas
• Generating weekly and monthly reports on key metrics to optimize the performance
• Liaise with other departments to ensure internal needs are consideredSkills and Experience Required
• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant discipline
• Must be fluent in Korean and English both written and spoken, additional Asian Languages would be an advantages
• Minimum of 3 years¡¯ direct marketing experience in managing a fast-developing consumer database with experience in international luxury retail sector an advantage
• Understanding and interest in fashion, culture, art; ability to interpret trends
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Advanced level Microsoft Office (Especially Power Point, Excel, Word)
• Strong creative ability to develop innovative ideas in the luxury fashion sector
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on more than one project at a time and to interface with different departments internally as well as externally
• Proactive, committed & responsible
• Able to work independently & efficiently
• Strong communication skills
