직무 목적 JOB PURPOSE
제조설비, Utility 및 건물,구축물 시설에 대한 GMP 요구조건을 만족/입증하여 공정의 제기능을 지원하며,
생산장비에 대한 Engineering과 Maintenance를 통해 회사 목표달성에 기여함.
주요 책무 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· 생산 시설의 GMP Compliance
- 제조설비, Utility 및 환경설비/시설에 대한 GMP 요구조건을 만족/입증하여 공정의 제기능을 지원
- 생산장비에 대한 Engineering & Maintenace 관리
- Civil & building managing, Project Integration
● Responsible for CAPEX and Expenses- 근무지 Location

- 유틸리티 설비 전문지식(Power,보일러,콤프레셔,용수)
- 제조설비 유지보수 관련 전문지식(PLC,자동제어,센서,공압,배관,용접,가공,도면판독 외)
- 의약품 제조공정 및 설비의 이해(정제수,칭량,과립,혼합,타정,코팅,검사,포장)
- GMP & ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering)
- Equip-maintenance tool(PM Module, Trouble shooting, downtime, MTTR/MTBF)
- Process Automation 적용(Vision inspection,Robotics,Quick change)
- Energy cost saving 적용 (태양광,LED,폐열회수,고효율 모터&펌프)
