JOB INFORMATION
1. Assist in the liaison and coordination for recruitment
activities i.e. interview
2. Managing on boarding processes: welcome kit, username, telephone
as per new-hired checklist.
3. Managing exit processes: exist check list with resigned
employee.
4. Benefit administration such as insurance, dental and medical
5. Administer leave system and annual tracking report
6. Handling HR project event/activities: annual outing, internal/external
training and other events as assigned from time to time by Management.
7. Expatriate management; visa procurement, tax equalization and
coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with
relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials.
8. 8. Coordinating
internal and external training and keep track of training in the region as per
HR plan.
9. Ad-hoc projects as and when
assigned.
Administration
1. Manage and administer office facilities to
ensure smooth running of the business operation
2. Procure, utilize and dispose company asset in
a cost-effective manner in compliance with the company policies and procedures
3. Manage and oversee maintenance of office space and facilities,
equipment and suppliers, renovation and furniture with effective utilization of
resources.
4. Oversee service such as printing, post
and courier services, switchboard reception and maintenance
5. Ensure adherence to company administrative procedures.
6. Coordinate
all travel
arrangements including hotel booking and visa for all managers and visitors.
7. Coordinate conference, meetings, seminars and functions.
8. 8. Provide
administrative and secretarial support to Country Manager
