| • Ensure parts sales and profit objectives are met by consistently achieving market penetration goals through active identification and follow up of customers and market opportunities. | • Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities with Importers. | • Ensure dealers are aware of available promotions and place orders in line with objectives | • Visit network on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved. | • Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis. | • Monitor and collect relevant market intelligence on competitors and market trends | • Collaborate with the Parts operation team to monitor the availability of designated parts | • Sustain dealer inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction. | • Assist dealers/ point of sales in resolution of parts shipment and supply problems. | • To update and train dealers and Point of sale on parts related IT tools and systems. |
