Ensure parts sales and profit objectives are met by consistently achieving market penetration goals through active identification and follow up of customers and market opportunities.• Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities with Importers.• Ensure dealers are aware of available promotions and place orders in line with objectives• Visit network on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved.• Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis.• Monitor and collect relevant market intelligence on competitors and market trends• Collaborate with the Parts operation team to monitor the availability of designated parts• Sustain dealer inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction.• Assist dealers/ point of sales in resolution of parts shipment and supply problems.• To update and train dealers and Point of sale on parts related IT tools and systems.
