·         Observing and obeying all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding company property.

·         Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues. And, be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all the time.

·         Support customers and In-house (Sales, Admin and Operations)

·         Attend all training courses and meetings as required by overs development.

·         Follow the instructions punctually in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued (including time sheets, staff expense claims, site reports, etc.).

·         Provide the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of critical equipment.

·         Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.

·         Provide high level technical support and on-site training to the customers.

·         Develop service technical documentation.

·         Create and maintain service information in the company database.

·          Timely and professionally handle the service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, training with field applications as appropriate.

·         Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

·         Perform other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a field service engineer such as assembling equipment and calibrating machinery, testing equipment, meeting with clients, raining junior engineers and etc.. 

·            Academic degree of marine/mechanical/electrical engineering or similar qualification 

·            At least 3 years marine (field) service experience 

·            Work experience in shipbuilding and/or marine service & engineering industries. 

·            Proven record of (field) service & engineering performance 

·            Good knowledge and practical work experience on marine applications 

·            Dynamic & adaptive to change, good communication skills and enjoys a multi-cultural environment 

·            Verbal and written English with business proficiency  

·            Availability for travelling
