- New Production plant build
in time by cooperate with headquarter
- Newly setup new production
plant, Procure and setup the production equipment, Develop production
department employees, QC and vendors.
- Setup standard operation
procedure of the production & implementation
- Obtain high standard
quality control certificate and implementation(ISO9001,14001) but not limited
- Setup safety risk management
and implementation.
- Develop products portfolio
together with management committee

Plan, develop and implement strategy for
operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational
performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas
of operation - manufacturing, distribution and administration)

Ensure that objectives defined by the management are
reached or exceeded.

Contribute to short and long-term term
organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

Contribute to the evaluation and development of
operational strategy and performance in cooperation with the utive team.

Define the objectives for collaborators and ensure
their achievement with production teams (Output, productivité, stock level,
lead time, costs, ¡¦).

Monitor and manage operational costs.
-
Monitor, measure and report on operational issues,
opportunities and development plans and achievements.

Manage the day to day company or department
operations.

Manage the stock value and level for BU concerned
in adequation with the order book and customer request/forecast
-
Insure with process/R&D/ Quality dpt. the definition of equipments for new product
and improvement of actual equipment to facilitate the assembly and/or to improve
assembly à Process
Management

Ensure activities meet with and integrate with
organizational requirements for quality production and management, health and
safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care

Resolve problems linked with the production

Support the assembly
-
Analyze customer claims in collaboration with
R&D, Quality, Process and Laboratory
-
Maintain
an awareness of modern work practices and systems. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
by auditing current practices and implementing process enhancements
Skills and Experience Required
-
Direct management experience in an industrial environment
-
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience within an
industrial business (valves, regulator and fitting). Strong machining experience on
stainless steel material.

Proven track record of leadership and employee
management, profit-oriented strategic management and success within a
production company
-
Team management in production. Engineering and
implementation of new production lines.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and
written
-
Must have demonstrated ability to generate respect
and trust from staff and external constituencies, displaying excellent
interpersonal communications, and presentation skills.

Good level of English in written and verbal
-
High comfort level working in a diverse environment

Budget development and oversight experience and
accounting knowledge (P&L understanding)

Technical knowledge
-
Well known about local regulation
