Job Description

1. Develop and strategy to expand our global Product (Sensors, Switches, AHIS) in Korea
2. Application Engineer for sensor – Communication with both global team and customer.
3. Capture and analyze customer and industry requirements relevant to product and drive it into team
4. Maintain regular communication with cross-functional team. Bring the customer requirement and customer voice to the team
5. Meet customer expectations by managing input and output of cross-functional team’s deliverables and related issues/action items closure in a timely manner following the development schedule which is driven by project team leader.
6. Clarify and understand product/validation requirements and drive global team to right direction.

Experience and Skill Requirements

1.     Team player in a multi-cultural work environment

2.     More than 5 years of work experience in familiar with OEM products design (Automotive industry)

3.     Excellent communication skills, speak efficiently and listen to others in logical manner using Korean and English. Capture what the customer expects and break down into specific actions (Customer interface experience preferred)

4.     Work with less/no supervision and can handle management tasks.

5.     Fluent English
