JOB INFORMATION
- Preparation, adjustment and maintenance of forecasts and minimum inventory levels
- Definition and maintenance of replenishment times and prices
- Creation, sending, monitoring and reminding of orders, returns and customer repairs with and without provision of material as well as amount and validity in the case of call orders
- Timely approval of production orders after checking the availability of material and resources in coordination with Production (Head of Division)
- Completion of all contract / order processes including checking the booking of material and turnaround times to ensure flawless post-order calculation
- Integration and maintenance of master data for new equipment and changes in ORACLE ERP system
Skills and Experience Required
- Completed studies in economics or engineering, or business / technical training with further education
- minimum 10 years work experience in the area of purchasing and planning
- Project management experience
- Competent handling of Oracle ERP systems, databases and MS Office
- Fluency in English
