● Korean GAAP: Expert
● K-IFRS and IFRS: Expert
● SAP ECC6: Good knowledge of FI Module
● DART reporting
● Corporate Income Tax
● VAT, Withholding & Local tax
● External Auditors relationship
● IFRS & Korean GAAP Consolidation rules
● Group consolidation software experience

● Accounting firm experience (Audit department) or experience in mid-size company or corporate group which has subsidiaries.
● Tax Grouping
● Managerial experience
● Experience in M&A and PPA (Price Purchase Accounting)
● Practical knowledge of IFRIC 4 & 12
● Practical knowledge of Korean Equity Method & K-GAAP Consolidation
● Practical knowledge of IAS 19 Employee Benefit
● Practical knowledge of IFRS 16
● Practical knowledge of DTA & DTL calculation (IAS12 and K-GAAP)
● Practical knowledge of Internal Control
