Survey and regular update Install / Maintain / Upgrade laser / optics
system
• Support Sales activities by collecting and forwarding relevant information
• Report SFDC / Oracle situation / service issue to local manager and to
Factory if necessary
• Measure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the
performance and up time of our products
• Enforce commitment to ethical and normal business practices in conformity
with standards in Korea
• Assist the sales team with back office logistics by interfacing and working
with OA, GLS and Service on order, shipment & installation status updates
• Summarize and provide updates to the sales team on key
order/shipment/installation changes for proactive customer communication and
management
• Assist the sales team with communication with Business Management (BU¡¯s) on
certain customer issues (e.g., shipment delays, technical issues, routine sales
questions)
• Assist with sales documentation generation and maintenance (contracts,
customer presentations, quotes & SFDC maintenance)
• Interface with Marcom on promotional events
(seminars/workshops/conferences/shows planning and ution)
* This position will provide assistance to the Sales Group of our company
and is being created mainly to off-load the routine back-office logistics tasks
. With the addition of this position, the sales team will be able to focus more
on sales with current and new customers
