Department : Human Resource Position : Talent Acquisition Responsible Reporting to : HR Manager & HR Director
Define company¡¯s acquisition processes and retention plans to make sure we have the best people
working for us. Stablishing a clear career path, improving our internal promotion plans and making
sure our employees receive a proper training to do their jobs and be motivated working in our company.
¡ß ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process of both store and office positions.
• Build the TA strategies and action plans in line with company business plans.
• Establish clear goals and KPIs of TA team to drive function results.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies & projects to enhance brand awareness
and attract potential candidates.
• Initiate and apply global talent acquisition and talent management projects.
• Organize and attend company career day, job fairs, campus recruiting through online, offline,
and metaverse.
• Monitor and track metrics to measure trends and effectiveness and ensure timely and
accurate reporting on recruitment performance and results.
• Stay continuously up to date on recruitment trends and employ a variety of creative new
channels, tools, and techniques.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, universities, and high schools.
• Create various reports including salary survey, recruitment status, market trends to HR
manager, HR director, and Spain HQ.

¡ß REQUIREMENTS • Ideally over 5 years of talent recruitment and talent acquisition experience • Bachelor¡¯s degree in related field • Has knowledge of Human Resources and management concepts. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Has initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive. • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates. • Fluent in English both in written | |
