Working as an individual contributor and sole point of contact for all HR matters at Korea, This role will be responsible for devising and implementing globally aligned talent management and employee engagement processes across the country.

q Manage day to day HR operation  

q Consult and coach business leaders on employee issues and sustainability

q Support Regional HR Director in implantation of Global/Regional HR initiatives and projects.

q Assist hiring managers with job requirement and partner with them to develop job descriptions and able to drive talent acquisition through direct recruitment and various recruitment channels.

q Keep abreast of changes and updates of local employment laws

q Maintain and update policies, procedures and practices to ensure regulatory compliance with both local law, group guidelines and ethical standards.

q Facilitate effective local employee/labor relations and positive communication to build up the healthy company culture

q Improve employee satisfaction through HR activities and HR programs

q Manage and ensure smooth ution the annual HR processes include but not limited to annual performance management, salary reviews, promotions and talent reviews etc.

q Develop effective communication to raise staff understanding in the purpose and impacts of various HR initiatives on them.

q Identify training and development needs for key talents in order to support their growth with the company.

q Drive, support, promote and participate in events and innovation initiatives including wellness, work life balance, staff suggestion and process / work environment improvement.

q Manage overall communication and administration affairs including housekeeping, greenery and other admin related service across country.

q Direct and take major responsibility for safety, health and environment management within the company

학력 대졸이상
경력 총 경력 12년이상 필수(40대-50대초반 선호)
노사/ 노무 업무 경력 (Labor  Relations Training 업무)- 공장/ 서울 오피스 총괄
제조기업/ 공장 있는 기업 경력자 필수- 공장 환경관련업무까지 관장함

COUNTRY HR MANAGER 업무 5년이상 경력 필수
영어 상급 필수- 외국인BOSS &리즌 보고업무
인사, 총무, 환경보전 업무까지 커버하는 포지션임

 
 Over 8 year’ experience as an HR generalist with a high level of integrity and professionalism and sound knowledge of local labor and employment law and employee benefits.

q Able to Minimum 5 years recent country HR Manager role experience. manufacturing experience preferred.

q Bachelor’s in business management, HR management.

q Employee relations and ethics related investigations experience.

q Demonstrated ability to mediate and use conflict resolution techniques.

q Organizational development skill

q Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making skill

q Detailed individual with high degree of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure.

q Must be able to multi-task, meet aggressive deadline, and identify way to streamline processes.

q Some travel required.

q Fluent on both written and spoken English and Korean

q Lead and implement positive change, demonstrated capability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

q Actively engage across the organization and build partnership based on trust and integrity.

q Execution focused know-how to move from strategy through planning to action, and sets clears priorities based on highest value

q Ability to get into and evaluate the details and strategically interpret it for value-added activities to support the business.

q Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skill
